oh i used this video on how i made it, i did the same concept but for the switch

I recommend to watch the video after playing the game to avoid spoilers!!!

so I get this feeling myself when I'm up late either working or enjoying some game time, if something goes wrong even if it's small I over think it and finally decide to do something about it, and here all my fears came to life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GAME, it's good stuff.

The game has a nice atmosphere. What was odd,was that the owner of the house had enough money for a big ass tv but didn't have enough money to buy a good chair.I really found this hilarious.

As a guy who only games late at night and records it, I can confirm this happens every day lol. Amazing work for your first game though, I really enjoyed it! (2:18)

So I played your game a while ago and just got to editing the video recently, Honestly for your first game it was good, the concept was fun, you compensated with a low resolution looking game to cover up the models not having details, I hope you excel man.

SPOILERS

Great work! Really great first project you have here. Lots of potential. Keep it up! (:

I was genuinely really scared and tense going down into the basement, and when I had to go back down with the flashlight, I was really nervous, and startled by the man you see through the window.

My fear was killed though when I saw the monster. It just stands there, and looks a bit comical, which ruined the fear and immersion for me. I think the enemy should be shown less.

The game was REALLY scary up until the monster was shown, so I guess my TLDR for advice would be show the monster less, and keep building tension (which this game does REALLY well)

Great work!

i really liked the artstyle. sensitivity was way too low for me, i suggest you add options for that (i had to like move my hand across the whole desk just to turn around by 90 degrees). cool game

oh for everyone else it was normal, i'll see what i can do

Very well done for your first game, I really liked it! My favorite thing was the guy outside the window, it was really creepy seeing him there twitching and getting closer! Keep it up! I played it in my first 3 Scary Games Video, starting at 11:42 if you want to take a look at me beeing scared (its's in german)!

(+1)

For a first game, it was honestly really awesome! Thanks for a good scare, good luck for all future projects KaccoTime. Hope I said it correctly.

Here's my reaction if anyone is interested!

(+2)

Not too bad for your first game, made you a lil video:

(1 edit) (+3)

Even though the game wasn't as scary as other games I've played. It still managed to do the job lol. Especially in the maze at the end!

(+1)

that was awesome! very impressive that this was your first game

(+1)

Nice! Especially for your first game!
(+1)

Loved this game man...it was short but it had all the good effects and the storyline where you have to go to the basement to switch on the power makes you think that there would be a jumpscare lol...the pixels added to the graphics made the game even better love the look of it...

pls watch my gameplay...

(+1)

Aight, this game took a dodge on the same old "Loud = Scary" trope, and I like it! The graphics may be trivial, but the game ran off one scare, and it got me. I'm pretty sure I missed some portion of the game by hiding and waiting instead of just running, cuz im a coward, but what I got was awesome. 9/10

This is the first game in the video... also this video won't be uploaded until tomorrow.

For some reason... this guy reminds me of Baldy's lessons lol... but really nice job with the creepiness.

Weird and spooky xD
